Invoices to whoever is paying

Invoice clients directly, or bill an EAP provider or another third party for referred sessions. Clients can pay by card through Pin Payments or Tyro Health, so you're not left chasing payments.

Is my clients' information secure? Yes. Client data is stored and backed up in secure Australian data centres, encrypted with 256-bit SSL, and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Can I see clients by telehealth? Yes. Telehealth is built into coreplus and runs from your calendar. Clients receive their session link with the appointment.

Can I invoice EAP providers? Yes. Third-party billing is included on every plan, so you can invoice an EAP provider or any other organisation paying for a client's sessions.

Can my clients claim a health fund rebate? That depends on your registration and the client's fund. Where a fund offers rebates for your services, the Tyro Health add-on lets clients claim on the spot.

Is coreplus suitable for a solo practice? Yes. Many counsellors run their practice on coreplus on their own, and it grows with you if you add colleagues later. Admin users are free.

Can I bring my data across from my current system? Yes. Data import is free on every plan and covers clients, appointments, invoices and case notes.

How much does coreplus cost? Plans start from $35 per practitioner per month, plus GST.
